This is the rubber spool that commonly wears out of the older SAM4s models 5200M, 5215M and 5240M

Over the years of use this little spool gets worn out turning the take up spool of your cash register. If the motor still turns but this spool is worn out and mushy you probably just need this part to get your journal spool winding up the journal again.

If your motor is no longer turning this little part will not solve your issue so before ordering this part make sure the motor is still turning. If your motor is no longer turning unfortunately SAM4s no longer makes the motor with the wiring harness so it is probably time for a new cash register. As with any parts we sell this item is not returnable, so please be sure it is what you need.
